About me

I am currently the CTO at Pistachio, where my team is responsible for tech, design, and product. Prior to joining Pistachio I was the Director of Tech and Product at Aller Media.

My current obsession is around the use of AI in the threat detection space, but like most people in cybersecurity, I didn't start out in cyber. I have a law degree from the University of Edinburgh, and a master's in law and finance from the University of Oxford. I therefore also write about law from time to time, partially in an attempt to justify those five years of education.

I don't really use this site anymore unless I have something particularly niche to say. My work is mostly spread across the Pistachio blog as well as various publications. Realistically, the best place to find me is on Twitter.
